Audit & Advisory Services’ Compliance Department is responsible for guiding and monitoring compliance-related activities across the University, by providing support to and collaborating with compliance leaders to maintain a unified and robust program.
Audit & Advisory Services provides compliance functions including, but not limited to:
- Oversight of the University’s institutional compliance program and the distributed processes that support compliance across the University by working with subject matter experts and compliance leaders.
- Facilitation of annual compliance attestations to ensure that responsible parties are aware of their obligations and demonstrate compliance with their Division’s requirements.
- Administration of the University’s Conflict of Interest Program.
- Management of the University’s ethics reporting hotline (ND Integrity Hotline), in collaboration with Human Resources and the Office of General Counsel.
