Audit & Advisory Services’ Compliance Department is responsible for guiding and monitoring compliance-related activities across the University, by providing support to and collaborating with compliance leaders to maintain a unified and robust program.
Audit & Advisory Services provides compliance functions including, but not limited to:
Oversight of the University’s institutional compliance program and the distributed processes that support compliance across the University by working with subject matter experts and compliance leaders.
Facilitation of annual compliance attestations to ensure that responsible parties are aware of their obligations and demonstrate compliance with their Division’s requirements.
Management of the University’s ethics reporting hotline (ND Integrity Hotline), in collaboration with Human Resources and the Office of General Counsel.
